We want you to be completely satisfied with your Paul Costelloe purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all luxury garment tags and security seals are intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping your receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
